3 How to Create a Trending Report

Trending report allows you to monitor changes in selected metrics in relation to the previously collected data. Using the trending report feature you can get valuable insights on your videos and/or ads by seeing changes in comparison to data collected in the previous hour, day, week, month or year.

To create a trending report:

Step Action
1

Create a report as described at 2 How to Create a Custom Report (Report Designer) or edit an existing one as described at 1 How to Edit/Modify a Report.

2 Select Sections from the left side to define the report sections for your trending report.
3

Select the edit icon for Report Section 1 to define a name for the first report section. Then click enter/return to save the custom name.

Note: This will be the title of the data section representation area that is displayed at the top of the report.

4

In the Section Type area select the relevant section representation type. For a trending report select Table, Area Chart, Line Chart or Column Chart, the trending option is only available for these types.

9 Select the Metrics area, and then select Date and Time dimension group at the left side.
10
